Yes, you'll need an eBay seller account to post listings directly. You connect it once in PostyBee settings and it stays connected. You can still generate and copy listings without connecting eBay. Etsy connection is separate and optional — connect it in Settings if you're on Pro or Pro+ and want to dual-list.
Pro and Pro+ plans let you post the same listing to both eBay and Etsy at once — one photo, one description, two marketplaces. Free plan is eBay-only.
Yes — PostyBee connects to your existing Etsy shop via Etsy's official OAuth. We never see or store your Etsy password.
No — PostyBee's price is a flat monthly subscription, no matter how many listings you post. Etsy charges its own $0.20 listing fee per item regardless of how you post it — that's Etsy's fee, not ours, and it's the same whether you list through PostyBee or directly on Etsy.com. We don't add anything on top of it.
Each time you generate a listing from photos counts as one listing toward your monthly limit. Editing, copying, or reposting an existing listing does not count.
Yes. All paid plans (Pro and Pro+) are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel any time from your account settings.
Yes. Your photos are processed by AI and stored temporarily for 24 hours then deleted. Your eBay credentials are encrypted and never shared.
